Recently, it became known that the Egyptian football club Al Ahly has completed negotiations to sign a contract with the forward from the Uganda national team and KCCA club, Joseph Omondi.
The club's head coach, René Weiler, confirmed this information and turned to the fans with a greeting for the new footballer. Omondi, in turn, expressed his joy and pride in joining such a prestigious club.
"I am very happy to sign a contract with Al Ahly. It is a great honor for me to play for such a club with a rich history. I am ready to put all my efforts on the field in the name of the team's success," the new signing commented.
