The official site of the Professional League of Egyptian Clubs notes that no proposals have been received from Saudi Arabia to organize the upcoming match between Al-Ahli and Zamalek. According to the league representative, at present there are no documents or letters from Saudi structures or companies regarding the possibility of holding this match on the territory of Saudi Arabia.
"We have not received a single proposal from Saudi Arabia regarding the holding of the match between Al-Ahli and Zamalek on their territory," said the source from the Professional League of Egyptian Clubs.
He also added that at the moment there are no contacts or negotiations regarding the possible relocation of the game to a stadium in Saudi Arabia. At the scheduled time, the local authorities of both countries will ensure security and support the organizing of the event within Egypt.
