The National Fund for Corporate Social Responsibility "Modzra" recently held a seminar on the development of a national strategy for sustainable development of the private sector. During the seminar, issues related to the importance of sustainable business in ensuring social and economic development were discussed. Participants discussed key aspects of implementing principles of sustainability in the activities of private companies and their impact on society and the surrounding environment. Special attention was paid to practical instruments for the development and implementation of sustainable development strategies, as well as methods for assessing the impact of business on the surrounding environment. "Modzra" emphasized the importance of partnership between the private and public sectors for achieving sustainable development and economic growth. One of the main goals is the creation of jobs, improving labor conditions, and contributing to the enhancement of citizens' quality of life. At the concluding stage of the seminar, participants developed a plan for further actions on implementing sustainable practices in the activities of private companies and agreed on measures to enhance their social responsibility. The organizers expressed hope that the knowledge and experience gained will help participants successfully integrate the principles of sustainable development into their work.
