The President of Egypt, Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, called for the necessity of transferring the agreement concluded between the International Monetary Fund and his country. This statement was made after the amendment to the constitution, which allows him to remain in power until 2034. Furthermore, according to the new law, al-Sisi can fully create his own party and run for election again. Currently, the president is in his second term and, according to current legislation, must leave office in 2024.
