Three people were killed, and 60 others were injured after the capsizing of two boats carrying tourists in the river in the south of the country. The incident occurred when the two boats overturned in the river due to strong winds.
Rescuers managed to pull all the tourists out of the water, with 15 among the injured being in critical condition. Search and rescue operations continue at the site of the incident.
The regional governor stated: "We express deep condolences to the families of the deceased and are saddened by the incident. At present, our efforts are focused on rescuing those affected and providing them with assistance."
