The Guinness World Records revealed the details of including Egyptian singer Sherine Abdel Wahab in the list after she managed to establish the first record among Arab performers.
According to the information from the famous Guinness book, Sherine Abdel Wahab held leading positions for 11 weeks on the list of the most popular performers on the "Billboard Arabic" platform with her four releases on March 16, 2024. The book clarified that Sherine Abdel Wahab had previously held the first positions in four releases from December 16, 2023, to January 6, 2024, after which she returned to the first place on February 3, 2024, and retained it.
Amr Diab is noted as the only artist who managed to take first place for three consecutive weeks from January 13 to January 27, 2024.
Singer Sherine Abdel Wahab addressed her fans through her page on "X" and requested to participate in voting on her page in "Telegram" to choose the name of her album after the release of her latest song "ابتسمت" ("Smile"), the lyrics of which were written by poet Ahmed Hassan Rawi, the music by Ahmed Zaim, and the arrangement by Toma.
