A tragic incident in a village in Upper Egypt has sparked a wave of grief. A bridegroom lost his life, and his wife died after inhaling toxic gas. The incident occurred in the southern province of Minya. According to eyewitness accounts and investigations, the couple's family came to visit them the day after the wedding but received no response to their knocks on the apartment door, forcing them to break it down. Upon entering, the family found the couple lying unconscious on the floor in critical condition. The couple was rushed to the nearest hospital, but the groom was pronounced dead upon arrival due to asphyxiation. The bride was placed in the intensive care unit due to the severity of her condition and loss of consciousness, but she also passed away shortly after. The hospital's medical report ruled out any criminal suspicion, leading the Public Prosecution to grant permission for their burial.
