The Egyptian Minister of Foreign Affairs emphasized the growing importance of safety in the Red Sea and the necessity of ensuring freedom of navigation in this region. He stressed that his country rejects all attempts to undermine this freedom and violations of practices that could harm the interests of the countries of the region.
In light of recent incidents in the Red Sea, such as attacks on tankers and military actions in the area, Egypt calls for strengthening cooperation among the countries of the region to ensure safety and stability.
"We consider the Red Sea as a source of stability and prosperity, and thus we insist on the necessity of collaboration of all interested parties to support this environment," the minister emphasized.
