Fine Imposed on Al Ahly Club

The working group of the Association of Professional Football Clubs of Egypt fined Al-Ahli club 100,000 Egyptian pounds. The reason for the fine was the failure of the Al-Sadd club to submit the list of players participating in the police friendly match after the October deadline.

"The procedure was taken as a penalty for the infringement committed by the Al-Ahli club in submitting the list of players in the police friendly match, according to the law," the association stated in a statement.

Representatives of the working group confirmed that the violation of the rules and regulations established by the association will result in corresponding penalties.
