The Zamalek club's guide announced the beginning of the implementation of a professional system in the club, urging everyone to strictly follow the directives of the club's president, Hussein Labiba. The priorities of the club include: firstly, the payment of players' and trainers' salaries, then signing quality local footballers for the necessary positions, which has already been done with Ahmed Hossam and Mahmoud Jihado. Further planned is the signing of quality foreign players, updating contracts with all players, confirming renewals in accordance with club conditions, as well as restructuring the football department of the club in accordance with modern standards in major clubs, which is planned to be completed in the next two weeks.
According to Egyptian media, the club's president Hussein Labib indicated that former club star Ahmed Hossam Midou will be involved in key decisions regarding new transfers expected in the current winter transfer window. "Midou has joined the club's football committee and is officially responsible for negotiations with the players and attracting the best from them," reported a source from the club management.
The press service of the "Kora Plus" channel noted that the Zamalek club administration confirmed a new composition of the football committee, which includes Ahmed Hossam Midou, Hazem Imam, Haytem Farouk, and Mohammed Aboulla.
