We communicated earlier this month that the Egyptian Football Association board had convened and decided to file an official complaint to the Egyptian Premier League Committee. The complaint is directed to the Egyptian Football Association and the Professional Clubs Association, and this comes after the incidents that occurred in the match of the team against the other team.
In a press statement, the president of Al-Ahli club said: "We faced a clear unjust treatment in the last match, and this is unacceptable. We are committed to playing clean football and expect to be treated fairly and equally without discrimination."
He added, "We have decided to file an official complaint and will resort to all possible legal measures to protect our rights as a club and ensure that such incidents do not happen again in the future."
