Former Al Ahly Director Explains Reason for Departure

Bedr Rajab, the former technical director of Al Ahly's youth sector in Egypt, confirmed that the reason for his departure from the club was due to some people undervaluing his contributions. He affirmed that he achieved significant success in the youth sector and was instrumental in promoting several players, most notably Hamza Abdel Karim, who transferred to Barcelona, and Mohamed Abdullah, who played his first match with the first team against Zamalek. Rajab explained in the 'Goal Cast' program that he refuses to work in any position within Al Ahli out of flattery, stating that some people repeat that he would agree to work as a 'porter' in the club, but he insisted that he would not accept that, confirming that he came as a technical director for the youth sector and will only leave from that same position.
