CAF Pays $50 Million Settlement to Marketing Company

Today, on Tuesday, the Confederation of African Football (CAF) announced that the confederation paid 50 million dollars in the form of a compensation in lieu of the former marketing company.

This sport started after CAF previously terminated the agreement with the marketing consultancy several years ago. The company sought compensation, referring to arbitration.

"50 million dollars were paid to the company as part of the compensation in order to put an end to this issue," the CAF officials stated.

This news comes a few days after the election of Patrice Motsepe as the president of CAF, following the disqualification of his predecessor, Ahmad Ahmad.
