The Emirate Heritage Institute of Sharjah participated in the "Third Cultural Forum," which took place at Cairo University in the Arab Republic of Egypt with the participation of embassies and cultural attaches accredited in Egypt. The participation of the institute is aimed at reflecting the wealth of Emirati cultural heritage.
University students became acquainted with the elements of the folk cultural heritage of the Emirates through live demonstrations of traditional male and female attire, traditional hospitality, and also presented examples of folk art and crafts that reflect the cultural identity of the Emirates and their cultural heritage.
The forum is one of the most significant cultural events at Cairo University, held annually to mark cultural diversity and foster a cultural dialogue between nations. This interactive platform unites students from various national backgrounds and cultures, contributing to the integration of international students into university life and strengthening their attachment to Egypt as a "second homeland" through the representation of their heritage and traditions in the atmosphere of constructive cultural exchange.
