Earlier, Adnan Darjal, president of the Iraqi Football Federation, had mentioned that the Iraqi national team would face advanced teams from Africa and Europe to prepare for the World Cup, as Group 9, in which they will play, includes teams from these two continents. In the World Cup, they will face teams from France, Norway, and Senegal.
