Egyptian security services have arrested three tourists in the Giza pyramids area on charges of photographing each other naked near the "Great Pyramid of Khufu".
According to authorities, the tourists were detained for violating Egyptian customs and laws after attempting to take commemorative photos in the nude with the Great Pyramid, one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Preliminary investigations by security services revealed that the suspects attempted to take photographs behind the Great Pyramid without clothes. In response, the security services immediately arrested them, and they confessed to the act.
The tourists stated that they were unaware of Egyptian laws and regulations, saying that such actions are permitted in their countries and are not illegal.
According to "Cairo 24", the tourists have been detained, a report has been filed, and legal measures have been taken. The suspects have been handed over to the investigation authorities.
