Sadness has gripped Egyptian football circles following the death of a young player from the fourth division, succumbing to a serious injury sustained during a match. A tragic incident occurred on Egyptian football fields this evening. The Bakari Youth Center announced the death of its player, Loay Ali, who died from a fatal injury during a match against Sheikh Zayed Club in the fourth division. The center confirmed Loay Ali's death as a result of the injury. During the match, the Sheikh Zayed goalkeeper used a violent and aggressive tackle against the player, resulting in a direct and severe injury. This caused a rupture in the player's stomach, necessitating emergency surgery. However, he succumbed to his injuries. Despite the tragedy, Bakari Youth Center defeated Sheikh Zayed 2-0 in the 16th round of the second group of the Giza Zone in the fourth division.
