The technical committee for the football league has resumed its work alongside consultant Mohamed Abdeh Saleh, and the committee has examined the case concerning player "Najm Al-Din Muhammad", who has been suspended from participating in matches following his controversial statements.
The committee confirmed in a statement that it has decided to reduce the prescribed penalty on the player to a one-match suspension instead of three matches as initially decided. In his statements, the player expressed his regret for what he had previously done, and he affirmed his complete respect for the technical committee and the federation.
For his part, the head of the committee, Mohamed Abdeh Saleh, confirmed that the decision was made based on a review of the evidence and testimonies submitted by the concerned parties, stressing the importance of respecting the game's rules and regulations and the necessity of adhering to sporting ethics.
