She explained that Aliya is a woman in whom all elements of evil are present due to the difficult environment in which she grew up and her habit of getting whatever she desires. El-Mokadem stated in press comments that the family's shift from wealth to extreme poverty caused the character 'a huge shock,' fueling her desire for money at any cost, without caring about the fate of those around her. Commenting on the audience's shock between the character 'Sofia' in the series 'Nights of Eugenie' and the evil she presents this Ramadan, she said: 'I think it's a good shock because people were impressed with the performance and that I played the role well.' Regarding whether she sympathizes with 'Aliya,' El-Mokadem clarified that she does not like to judge the characters she plays, so she can see things from their perspective and believe in them. El-Mokadem pointed out that portraying 'Aliya' represents a major challenge, given her desire to break the mold and seek different roles that the audience has not seen before. She mentioned that some warned her against going out during this period, adding: 'Many people tell me not to go out and to hide... but thank God, when I do go out, I hear good things about my performance as an actress.' El-Mokadam confirmed that she did not mind appearing in only seven episodes because she focused on the impact of the role and how it differed from her previous work, not on the quantity. She also noted that the series presents only a small part of what happens in reality, which she described as 'much more difficult,' expressing her happiness at the audience's attraction to the work and their eagerness to follow it during the month of Ramadan.
