
In the framework of its activities, the National Food Safety Administration of Egypt announced the export of 256 thousand tons of agricultural products to Sudan and Lebanon from a total of 5320 documents that were analyzed and processed. These food products comply with all necessary quality and safety standards.
According to this administration's representative, all exported goods successfully passed certification and were recognized as suitable for shipment across borders. This serves as an indicator of the stringent quality control of products that are produced and exported from Egypt.
One of the main goals is to support price stability for food products in the international market and to ensure the population of Sudan and Lebanon has access to quality and safe products. The National Food Safety Administration of Egypt continues to work on strengthening control over the quality and safety of agricultural products sold in both domestic and foreign markets.
