Egyptian actress Maysa El-Derini has announced the postponement of her series 'Before and After' and its withdrawal from the 2026 Ramadan race due to time constraints and the desire to present a complete artistic work. Maysa El-Derini explained in her Instagram Stories that the decision to postpone was made due to a lack of time and the incomplete preparations in a way that ensures a complete dramatic experience. She confirmed that she had agreed with the work team, from production, direction, and writing, to postpone the implementation until the series gets enough time for preparation, befitting the audience's expectations. The series 'Before and After' is a social drama of 15 episodes, based on a human escalation of events. It stars a lineup of artists, including Emad Ziyada, Hany Adel, Sawsan Badr, Raim El Baroudy, Mahmoud Abdel Maguid, Leila Aziz, Eman El-Sayed, Karim Afifi, Raim Sami, and Judy Massoud.
