Egyptian security forces have arrested a businessman after a shooting incident at a sports hall in the city of Sheikh Zayed. The incident resulted in the sports hall manager being injured with multiple wounds. The dispute was caused by a shortage of training invitations within the hall. The situation escalated when one of the young men called upon the suspect, who had come to support his friend's son, and fired five shots from a firearm he was carrying. The shots hit the sports hall manager in the foot, causing him to fall to the ground before being transported to the hospital for necessary treatment, according to Egyptian media. The Egyptian Public Prosecutor has ordered the businessman to be remanded in custody for four days pending investigations, while the weapon used in the incident has been confiscated.
