On Sunday, Egypt condemned the decision of the Israeli government to halt the supply of humanitarian aid to the Gaza sector.
Representing the country's position, the official representative of Egypt's Ministry of Foreign Affairs emphasized that such a step by Israel constitutes a violation of the fundamental rights of the residents of the Palestinian territory.
He also added that Egypt will continue its efforts to ensure support for the residents of the Gaza sector who are in need of humanitarian aid.
