Foreign Ministers of the United Arab Emirates, the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, the Republic of Indonesia, the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, the Republic of Turkey, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the State of Qatar express deep concern over statements from the Israeli side regarding the opening of the Rafah crossing in one direction to evacuate the population of the Gaza Strip to the Arab Republic of Egypt. The Ministers emphasize the total rejection of any attempts to displace the Palestinian people from their land and confirm the need for full compliance with the plan of US President Donald Trump, which included opening the Rafah crossing in both directions, ensuring freedom of movement for the population, and not forcing any residents of the Strip to leave. Instead, it is necessary to create suitable conditions for them to remain on their land and participate in building their state within a comprehensive vision for restoring stability and improving the humanitarian situation. The Ministers renew their appreciation for President Trump's commitment to establishing peace in the region and emphasize the importance of moving forward with the full implementation of President Trump's plan in all its aspects without delay or obstruction to achieve security and peace and to consolidate the foundations of regional stability. In this context, the Ministers stress the need for a complete ceasefire to end the suffering of civilians, ensure the unhindered entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip, begin early recovery and reconstruction efforts, and create conditions for the return of the Palestinian Authority to assume its responsibilities in the Gaza Strip, which will lay the foundation for a new phase of security and stability in the region. The Ministers confirm their countries' readiness to continue working and coordinating with the United States and all relevant regional and international parties to ensure the full implementation of UN Security Council Resolution 2803 and all related resolutions, and to create a conducive environment to achieve a just, comprehensive, and sustainable peace in accordance with international legal norms and the principle of the two-state solution, leading to the establishment of an independent Palestinian State on the lines of June 4, 1967, including the occupied territories of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank, with its capital in East Jerusalem.
