The statement clarified that consultations with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the National Telecommunications Regulatory Authority confirmed that no decisions have been made, nor are there any studies tending towards implementing this measure. The government stressed that communication and internet services are operating at full capacity and regularly across the republic, and that they are not covered by the current energy-saving mechanisms.
