As communicated, today, Tuesday, a hearing took place in the Matrukha court regarding football player 'Zamalek' Ahmed Fatouh, who is accused of being involved in a road incident that resulted in the death of a person. At today's hearing, members of the deceased's family were present, who refused to plead against the football player 'Zamalek' after the settlement of the dispute with him. At the same time, the prosecution requested maximum sentencing for the accused due to the discovery of drugs in his possession and their use during the operation of a vehicle.
Ahmed Fatouh's lawyers requested to postpone the hearing for the presentation of closing statements and the release of the football player on bail. The Matrukha court, having set the time of the session on the football player 'Zamalek' Ahmed Fatouh for November 16 to speak with closing arguments, is considering the case of the player's charge in the heinous murder of citizen Ahmed Said as a result of the management of a transport vehicle under the influence of drugs in the Al-Alamein area in the northern suburbs on the evening of August 11 of the past year.
