
The Egyptian Professional Football Clubs Association decided to impose a fine of 200,000 Egyptian pounds on Al-Ahli Club and ban its fans, who were present at the match with Ghards Hadid, from attending the next two matches in the Egyptian league due to mass violations during the game against Ghards Hadid in the country's championship. It was also announced that a fine of 100,000 Egyptian pounds will be imposed on Al-Ahli Club, along with compensation for damages caused to the Burj Al-Arab stadium in Alexandria, where the game took place.
Speaking about the disciplinary decisions, a ruling was made to disqualify one match and a fine of 5,000 Egyptian pounds for 15 players who received the third yellow card in their team's matches in the sixteenth round of the Egyptian league. Among those disqualified are Muataz Zadam and Mohamed Desouki from Modern Sport, Ahmed Majdi from Al-Junana, Semyel Amadi from Smouha, Judin Okvara and Hamidu Mao from Tala'ea El-Gesh, Mohamed Ibrahim from Al-Ahli Bank, Ahmed Zizu from Zamalek, Mohamed Ismail, Ali Latfi and Shadi Hussein from Zed, Ahmed Sabih from Ansamy, Ahmed Khani and Hussein Ali from Seramika Kloopatra, Hadi Riyad and Mohamed Osmani from Petrojet.
It was also announced about the disqualification for one match and a fine of 2,500 Egyptian pounds on Mohamed Shahat from FK Zamalek for two warnings in the match against Zed, as well as about the expulsion for one match and a fine of 5,000 Egyptian pounds for Ayman Abdelaziz, the head coach of FK Zamalek, for two warnings in the same match.
In addition, it was decided to impose a fine of 100,000 Egyptian pounds on Al-Ittihad Club and hold responsible for the fact that the fans threw bottles with water or other solid objects in front of the referee or officials during their match with Piramids. It was also announced about the imposition of a fine of 200,000 Egyptian pounds on Al-Ittihad Club and a ban for the fans at the next match of the club against Smouha in the semifinal of the Egyptian championship due to mass violations at the address of the referees of that same match. Furthermore, Piramids coach Krunoslav Jurcic was forbidden to accompany the team for one match and fined 40,000 Egyptian pounds for the use of inappropriate language in the context of the Egyptian championship.
It is noteworthy that Piramids is leading in the table of the Egyptian Premier League with 36 points, six ahead of the nearest follower - Al-Ahli.
